If a product is faulty or arrives damaged please take photos so we can raise the issue with our carrier and contact us immediately using the contact us page
If you are unhappy with a colour or shade of nail polish we can except a return and exchange as we are aware that different monitors can display colours differently. However the item must not have been used and return postage back to us is at the customers expense, although we will pay for the exchanged item postage back to you. Pleas either reply to your order confirmation email or use the contact us page
* Please note that sealed products such as perfumes and cosmetics cannot be returned or refunded once opened or used, unless the item can be independently assessed as faulty. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns if you have tried it but just don't like it, so if you are 'blind buying' a fragrance we strongly suggest sampling it before purchase."
